It will enable you to re-heat and eat your food in the same handy container - simply remove the lid and spork (spoon with prongs) and re-heat your food to your preferred temperature in the microwave.

The double wall insulation helps to keep pre-heated food warm for up to 3 hours, dependent on the outside temperature. It will also help to keep cold salads cool.
