When Will My Items Arrive?

Dispatch times vary for each seller and product even if they are ordered at the same time. To find out how long an item takes to dispatch or who is the seller, please view the relevant product page.

Items Sold By Magrudy's:

Once your order has been dispatched, Magrudy's offer the following times for delivery in business days (Sun-Thur):

  • UAE: 2-5 business days
  • All other countries: 7-10 business days

Items Sold By Gardners:

Once your order has been dispatched, Gardners offer the following times for delivery in business days (Mon-Fri):

  • United Kingdom: 2-5 business days
  • Ireland: 4-6 business days
  • Europe: 4-8 business days
  • All other countries: 7-10 business days

Items Sold By Ingram:

Once your order has been dispatched, Ingram offers the following times for delivery in business days (Mon-Fri):

If your order is still processing, that means our team is searching the world for your items! If your order shows as Shipped and hasn't arrived in the expected time, please check with your local delivery office before contacting us with the details. 

International Shipping

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United Arab Emirates may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Magrudy has no control over these charges, nor can Magrudy predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

My Order Hasn't Arrived:

It's very rare that an order does not get delivered, but should your order not arrive we will issue a full refund after 28 days of your order being shipped. If it hasn't been 28 days since your order was shipped, please allow time for your order to arrive. Whilst your order should arrive within 28 days, in some cases orders can be delayed in transit or held at customs. 

Please note we're only able to issue refunds on orders that don't arrive if reported to us within 40 days of your order date.

Undeliverable Parcels:

Occasionally parcels are returned as undeliverable. As we can’t re-dispatch orders that have been returned to us, when a carrier returns a parcel as undeliverable we’ll issue you a full refund, including the delivery costs.

If you'd still like to purchase the items in the parcel you'll need to place a new order.

A parcel might be returned as undeliverable for several reasons:

  • Incorrect address - If the address is incorrect or outdated the parcel will typically be returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check the address carefully when placing your order.
  • Incorrect address format - If our system doesn't recognise the way an address was entered the parcel may be assigned to a carrier that can't deliver to that address.
  • Failed delivery attempts - Most of our carriers will make more than one attempt to deliver a parcel. If they find that they can't successfully deliver your parcel it'll be returned to us.
  • Damaged in transit - If a parcel is damaged while it's on its way to you the carrier may return it without attempting delivery. 

Returns  Policy:

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace, or receive an online store credit for your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order and in accordance with the guidelines set out in these Terms.

Items purchased via magrudy.com may be returned, within seven days of your receipt of such items, new, unused, in original packaging, and with all labels and tags still attached. All items returned in accordance with these criteria will be refunded to the original purchaser's credit card (excluding all shipping costs, international customs duties, and sales taxes). Returns that do not comply with these criteria may be accepted at our sole discretion, and may only be refunded as a store credit. 

The following items cannot be exchanged: special orders, magazines and newspapers, dated items such as diaries and calendars, sale/clearance/discounted items, CDs, DVDs, and audibooks, or other content contained on digital media, travel books, study notes, food books, and music. 

These returns and exchange terms are subject to any strictly applicable legal requirements to the contrary.

Click & Collect Policy

Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and your proof of purchase (either digitally or printed). We will also ask for the mobile number used to place the order.

If you wish to designate another person to pick-up your order, they must bring: A forwarded copy of your proof of purchase with your written consent, including the full name of the designated person that matches their government-issued photo ID.

It is important that you pick up your purchase no later than 1 week hours after your selected pick-up date. If you do not pick up your order within this time period, your purchase will be returned to the Magrudy’s dispatch location. A maximum of 3 attempts to contact the customer will be made for collection reminder.
