The prevalence of hypertension, often in association with obesity, is approaching epidemic proportions. In the future, the responsibility for caring for hypertensive children will fall increasingly on health care providers. Pediatric Hypertension summarizes current concepts in the basic physiology, diagnosis, evaluation, and management of hypertension in children.
